Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy class that teaches the fundamentals of kicks, elbow strikes, knee strikes, and boxing techniques. The kickboxing class is for those who want to become physically conditioned and learn the basics of striking.

the class starts with a dynamic warmup to get the student ready for the class.  The next portion of the class is centered around functional training such as use of medicine balls, kettle bells, battle ropes, suspension training, plyometrics, and calisthenic.  The class will then move to bag work using heavy bags, speed bags, and double end bags.  Partner work can consist of focus mitts and partner drills.  Every class ends with a team stretch.
